Romantic Sunset Engagement in Port Huron, MI
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the city life, give me a ticket to New York City any day, but I’m pretty partial to our little country town too and all that it offers. Claire and Zach made the drive from their busy, big city of Detroit, MI to our small, little town of Port Huron for their Summer Engagement Session. They opted to trade big buildings for tall trees and 4 lane expressways for dirt back roads, and it turned out both classy and romantic. Take a look!
Now that you’re done staring, and googling for that exact same white jumpsuit, because…. let’s be honest, it’s PERFECT for a Bride To Be’s Engagement Photos, we’ll change into something more casual and venture out into the woods. Let’s go!
I shouldn’t tell all my secrets, but these next photos are the perfect example of fully trusting your photographer, and embracing less than romanticized locations when we bring them up. We’re pretty good at turning trash to treasure on the fly when it comes to backgrounds AND seeing the possibility in all spaces. Ya know… like this graveyard!! Yep. These golden hour beauties look like they were snapped in a whimsical field full of magic and love. And, for the most part that is true. We just had to be surrounded by gravestones. You know the golden glow was worth it though- see for yourself!
We are so excited for this (covid) couple! We can not wait to photograph their wedding next and see what beauty we can capture, no matter the space, even in the middle of a pandemic- here at RSP, we always got you!
If you want to see more photos and lovebirds that we captured through out Port Huron check out Sarah and Jeremy’s Spring Engagement Session! There are lilacs, a puppy, and champagne. Don’t skip it!
